The Horrible Boot

It's time for some no-no's. Here are a few of the horrible boots I have seen.
We have the classic black leather boot, ruined by what looks like an extension. Feet look great if they are in the right proportions... these are out of proportion. Not even drag queens have such long feet. Why add all that extra length? I'm pretty sure most of us would trip on that.

...and these? Do I have to comment? Really?

Please note: if you want to "be comfortable" please stay home. There is no reason why anyone should be caught wearing these outside of their own bathroom. Yeah, "they're comfy"... right. Sorry folks, no.

This girl was caught wearing them in August, across the street from the beach. I don't care how hip you like to think you are... this is horrible. Skiing boots are sexier, yes, even on the beach.

Please buy yourself a mirror, just to get a glimpse of yourself before you leave your house (or the bathroom). Or find some real friends that have the guts to tell you that you have salad in your teeth, or those things on your feet!

Last but not least.

The sexy heels. Yes, they're sexy. They could make you look great... but don't take them out of context. They look fab at a club or at a restaurant when you're dressed to the nines. But not when you're at the mall or shopping for groceries and the rest of the outfit is dreary.

The German Heel

Ok, let the flame wars begin. Germans don't know how to dress!
They might make great shoes (let me give props to buffalo boots and extravaganza), but they can't pick 'em and they can't walk in them.
Here we have a minor exception! These are no frills red ankle strap pumps (of the German variety). I think the heel is just terrible. But here it works. Maybe it's the feet, the legs, the dress, the gravel, who knows. But these look great here and on her. So here is my little token of appreciation for one German who knows what to put on her feet!

The Vintage Boot

These are great. I've occasionally seen them in stores too. The leather is just right, it doesn't look like pleather or plastic, some brown boots just look terrible. The stacked heel is a must.
Why don't they make more of these? These are impossible to find!
